Bump to 1.4:

* Add a filter bar
* Fix 0 byte size for blocks in Items directory
* Fix sort when opening the plugin
* Start to using multiple file to make the dev easier
* Remove the deprecated function "Get_Length()"
* Change a deprecated Icon
